TICK TOCK
LET'S WORKSHOP

A psychologist and a creative director walk into a room. Nobody leaves the same.

We stopped
snoozing.

11:11 is the minute you look at the clock and make a wish. We'd rather you set an alarm. It's also, give or take, the exact moment our workshops hit their stride: the coffee's worn off, the small talk is over, and people finally say the real thing.

Half-day workshops that mix psychology with creative writing. One of us gets you into your body. The other gets you onto the page. Somewhere in between, something wakes up.

Two brains,
one room.

Therapy teaches you to feel it. Writing teaches you to say it. We do both, in that order, before lunch.

How this
happened

Marciana spent 2,500 hours learning how the body holds what the mind won't say. Alexandra spent a decade making people write things they swore they couldn't. We met, compared notes, and realised we were solving the same problem from opposite ends.

Her clients could feel everything and name nothing. Her writers could name everything and feel nothing. So we put the two in one room and watched what happened. (What happened: someone cried, someone laughed, everyone wrote something true.)

11:11AM is that room, made repeatable. Small groups, four hours, one uncomfortable question at a time.
